Our featured item of this week (pictured below) is this fabulous Designer Vintage 1970s Pierre Balmain Emerald Green Flocked Cocktail Dress Size 10/12

This stunning dress from Pierre Balmain is made from a flocked faux silk fabric in gorgeous emerald green.V-neck with padded gathered shoulders and long sleeves with concealed button. Gathering at bust and tie waist creates a flattering shape, and the insert to front of skirt gives the illusion of layers. A beautiful piece from a highly desired and collectable label. Non stretch with back zip fastening.

Model is size 10 - dress unpinned. Accessories not included.

Bust - 36" Waist - 30" Length - 44" (to fit UK Size 10/12)

Our featured item of this week (pictured below) is this fabulous 1940s Vintage Norman Hartnell Deep Pink Skirt Suit Size 8/10

Made by the infamous Norman Hartnell and originally sold by Peter Robinson of Oxford Circus and Leicester Square this gorgeous 1940s skirt suit that would be perfect for themed attire, officewear 1940s weekends or for a cute wedding outfit. Deep pink and black mottled effect wool. Pencil skirt and fitted jacket with four front buttons. Non stretch fabric. Fully lined. Slight tear to lining under one arm but this can obviously not be seen when worn. Also great separates. Non stretch. Your chance to own an extremely rare and collectable piece!

Model is a size 10 - garment is unpinned. Accessories pictured not included.

Another stunning piece from the brilliant Blanes. Bright cream and gold swirled fabric with various interesting textures. Various finishes of matte, satin and glitter catch the light in different ways. Thick set straps and plunge neckline, fitted waist and wiggle skirt. Knee length, matching belt. Non stretch fabric. Back zip fastening.

Just Arrived - Vintage 1920s Sequinned Flapper Dress!

Just arrived at My Vintage is this stunning and rare find!

Own a piece of fashion history with this stunning 1920s Sequinned/Beaded Flapper Dress in champagne/gold colour.

A jaw dropping antique find! This is a dress that you just want to stare at! Twenties flapper dress in as rich cream champagne colour - completely covered in iridescent and edged with beautifully intricate bead-work in pewter and pearl. Wide cut-out neckline with delicately padded shoulders. Designed to hang loose from the body and shape lightly around the bust and bottom. Uneven hem with bead edged cut out detail and elbow length sleeves, again edged with gorgeous beading. Heavyweight, light catching and elegantly dazzling. There are a couple of small runs of sequins missing but these are very hard to spot when the dress is on and do not detract from the style or the sheer history of this piece.

Bust - 36" Waist - Upto 32" will fit size 8, 10 and 12 Length - 44" (UK Size 8/10/12)
