The world's best dressed bump?

If you know me, you'll know I'm a big K-Mid fan. and yes I am one of those slightly irritating people who is really excited about the Royal baby!

Today, WWD published a list of fantasy maternity dresses that some of the world's top fashion designers have drawn for Kate. From Karl Lagerfeld to Chloe, there's a huge range of styles. I will reserve judgement for a moment, let's see what you think...

I've got to admit, I'm not too keen on a lot of them and whilst I adore Karl Lagerfeld and totally get the Victorian gothic feel he has for Kate, I don't think this dress quite hits the mark.

For me, Chloe have nailed it, I adore the colour and 40s inspired style. But what do you think? Let me know!

If I'm honest, I think Kate would prefer one of these beauties...

"Eliza" dress from Tiffany Rose - beautiful special occasion maternity wear.

It can be really tough to stay feminine and fashionable when pregnant but there are some fantastic ranges developing on the high street. If you have any maternity clothing recommendations let us know in the comments below!

SS 2013 Trend Spotlight - Pretty Florals

Floral prints are a perennial favourite on the catwalks, in one incarnation or another. Spring/summer 2013 is no exception and apart from the lean toward springtime pastels, there are no major rules or boundaries with florals this year.

With that in mind, here is the lowdown on my favourite high street blooms right now...

This beautiful cross stitch jumper is new in at New Look and it's simply perfect for Spring... for a heritage look team with a padded jacket, skinny jeans and brogues, finished off with a vintage scarf at the neck. For a more modern look, tuck this cute jumper into your favourite skater skirt and add a jewelled collar...

Lightweight Floral Cross Stich Jumper - New Look - £22.99

I LOVE this acid floral cut out dress from Topshop. The print is so rich, and a real feast for the eyes. Considering how striking this dress is, the price is also very good for Topshop.

Acid Leaf Cutout Sun Dress - Topshop - £42

This cute playsuit from Miss Selfridge has a pretty floral print on amid wash denim - it's absolutely fab! Team with tan leather wedges or simply some converse for a laid back summer look.

Mid Wash Floral Print Playsuit - Miss Selfridge - £40

And finally from my high street edit, this screen print floral top from Evans looks like a designer piece, it's super pretty...

Grey Floral Woven Front Top - Evans - £29.50

And now for some pretty floral spring essentials from www.myvintage.co.uk

I love this 1970s vintage skirt in pretty blue floral print. The length is great for spring and even if you just added a t-shirt and belt you would have a really cute look.

1970s Vintage Romantic Floral Skirt - My Vintage - £22

This retro floral garland necklace is beautiful! Add it to any outfit and it just injects that pretty vintage edge...

Retro Floral Garland Necklace - My Vintage - £12

This dress is a real 1950s vintage gem. Blue spotted fabric adorned with floral patches. It's fabulous, and in a size 14 too!

1950s Vintage Floral Patch Day Dress - My Vintage - £75

A great selection of floral fancies, but don't forget there are lots more to find on the website, in lots of styles, shapes and sizes! Remember to check back regularly at www.myvintage.co.uk

Until next time!
